Bought for a friend for their birthday trip to Barbados. The sun is so bright there and we surfed twice a day or more. It was perfect and never moved. He wore it all day outside of the surf too, nice and light, quick to dry and much cooler than a regular hat.

As I’m not a great surfer this hat spent a lot of time under the water. It stayed in place, even with some of my best beatings. Very comfortable, with adjustable head and chin straps. Certainly easier than coating my bald head with a handful of zinc. Good purchase!

Ordered 2 hats after a referral from a surfing friend. Product was delivered within a week. The hat is very comfortable to wear and the small straps hardly noticeable. I’ve not had any issues with the hat coming off so far, surfing only small to medium size surf . I thought that it was a bit pricey however for an older man like myself with exposed scalp, it’s an important piece of equipment to invest in. Overall, I don’t mind spending a few more dollars for a quality hat.

Super comfy, doesn’t come off when duck diving. Also doesn’t impede or interfere when paddling in or surfing the wave. I’ve always found surf hats extremely dorky and this was the first one I have been willing to wear. It nails it in terms of function and it looks good enough that I’m not self conscious. My partner has one and he is a real surf hat aficionado and according to him it’s the best surf hat ever. We are in Australia so the exchange rate made it pretty expensive, but seriously worth and will allow us to surf in the middle of the day during summer without sun guilt. If you are thinking about it just buy it! You won’t regret it

I am not a huge fan of the design and the price was quite spicy, but I just tested it in Mexico last week and I must say - well done! Once it’s on, you forget about it. It protect perfectly your precious head from the sun, doesn’t move, doesn’t hinder sight, 100% wipeout proof. Absolutely a must for those who used to burn the forehead no matter the amount of zinc sunscreen.
I still didn’t learn out how to remove it in one click, but I never had to before getting out of the water, so no problem at all. The main point is - you don’t even feel that you have the hat, it really feels good!
